Running since 2016
2016 was an incredibly stressful year in my life, for many reasons. I sought out a way to relieve my stress, and regain my health. I saw a Couch to 5K program and though, well maybe I could do that? I had heard about people "Falling in love with running" and the endorphins they create. I wanted that!
So, I did the Couch to 5 K and started to feel like running was something I could do!
I have been running, off and on (mostly on) for seven years now. I am. at best, a middle of the pack runner. I am not chasing PR's or a time goal. I am chasing health - and am building my old lady body. I want strong bones and joints, mobility and flexibility.
This is my journey - I hope that we can inspire each other!
