Running Into 50

Hi Friends!

I’m Ali. I was born and raised in the Greater Vancouver, BC area, which I still call home! I am married to the love of my life, Curt. We share our life with a beautiful shepherd-lab mix dog named Nyla.

Ali Runs Into 50 was founded in 2023 as a way for me to share my health journey and to encourage others on their own personal health journeys, whether it be physical or mental health.

I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease in 2018 (An unfortunate family inheritance from both my Mum and Dad.) The mission at Ali Runs Into 50 is to empower others to feel their best and prioritize their health. Which is a lesson I wish I had learned years ago.

At Ali Runs Into 50 I want to share my love of running, what works for me with my own battle with Crohn’s disease, the odd guilty pleasures I come across and most of all, to spread kindness.
